Florida Tech is currently searching for an Administrator for the Eglin AFB Education Center. This is a full-time position. 

Assists in day-to-day administrative operations of an off-campus education center. Coordinates marketing activities and Open House Sessions. Attends Education Fairs, Open House Events, and Information Sessions.    

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assists day-to-day administrative operations of an off-campus center.
  • Coordinates marketing activities and Open House Sessions. 
  • Attends Education Fairs, Open House Events, and Information Sessions. 
  • Purchases routine supplies and requests check payments for authorized items
  • Fosters positive relationships with sponsoring organizations and other constituents
  • Assists students with program administration and registration for classes. 
Education/Skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree, or vocational, or technical school degree; preferred in business or related field
  • Experience with general office administration necessary.
  • Customer service skills and excellent communications skills necessary.
  • Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and Power Points preferred.
  • Knowledge of academic program accreditation and assessment is a plus factor.    

 

* Official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Human Resources Office prior to the first day of employment. All international degrees must have a course-by-course official evaluation and translation sent to the Human Resources Office directly from an evaluation company affiliated with the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES).
