Florida Tech is a Tier 1 National university, as listed by US News and World Report. Our School of Behavior Analysis degree programs either are already accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis or, if newer than five years, are designed to meet ABAI accreditation requirements. We offer MS degrees in ABA and OBM, and a PhD degree in behavior analysis at our main campus. We offer an MS degree in ABA at our FIT Orlando Center. Our main campus is located on the east coast of Florida, just south of the Kennedy Space Center and 60 miles east of Orlando.

We are recruiting candidates with strong teaching, supervision and research skills, and a record of peer-reviewed publications. The successful candidate should develop a productive research program in her/his area. S/he will supervise student research (e.g., theses, dissertations, and other projects), supervise practicum, teach one to three courses per academic semester, and advise/mentor students. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.

Requirements for all our faculty positions: A Ph.D. in behavior analysis or a doctorate in psychology or education with an emphasis in behavior analysis, evidence of research productivity, teaching and supervisory experience, and applied experience in organizational, clinical, or educational settings. BCBA or BCBA-D certification preferred.
As the required area of expertise is organizational behavior management, broadly construed, the preferred candidate will have completed formal coursework and training in OBM and have experience as an internal or external consultant to organizations.  We have agreements with local businesses that provide research and practicum opportunities to OBM students in our MS and PhD programs.
