The Florida Institute of Technology is currently searching for a Psychologist for the Scott Center.  This is a full-time position.

This is a professional position that is primarily responsible for psychological testing and diagnostics. The Psychologist may also assist in social skills groups, supervision of graduate students (ABA and Clinical Psychology Programs), and case management in the Early Intensive behavioral intervention program. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Primary Duties:
• Psychological testing and diagnostics for childhood disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorder
• Assessment of psychological, educational, and social, emotional, and behavioral concerns (i.e., comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations)

Other opportunities:
• Supervision of graduate students
• Consultation to early intervention program
• Involvement in related therapeutic programs
o Parent training
o Social skills


Education Requirements:
o Doctorate in clinical psychology or allied profession
o Specialization in child psychology and psychological testing
o License eligible in the state of Florida and licensed within one year of hire as a psychologist

Experience and Skill Requirements
o Experience in diagnosing ASD and related disorders across the lifespan
o Experience in psychological testing with preschoolers, children, adolescents, and adults

Preferred Experience
o Certification in the ADOS
o Experience in behavioral treatment of ASD
